Tommie Turner is a stand-up comedian built for the room. He works clean when he has to and dirty when he wants to, and either way he is watching the crowd the whole time — the guy who came in late, the couple that is clearly on a first date, the table that thinks it is quiet enough to talk.

His set moves fast: family, money, the small indignities of getting older, and whatever just happened in the parking lot on the way in. He came up in clubs, which means he learned the hard version first — no lights, no intro, prove it.

Now he is doing it on camera too. The streaming shows are the same set, the same room energy, just pointed at a lens so people who cannot make the drive still get a seat.
